Flat rates cover most of what we do, if your situation requires hourly billing, we will let you know about this prior to service.
Our tier 1 flat rate ($65) includes services like:
- System diagnostic
- Memory installs
- Laptop Keyboard installs
- CD-ROM, DVD and Combo Drive installs
- LCDs, Inverters and Screen component installs
- CPU / Processor installs
- Video Card and other single component installs
Our tier 2 flat rate ($95) includes services like:
- Hard Drive cloning
- Virus and malware removal
- OS installs
- OS tune ups and updating
- Data backups (up to 25GB)
- Motherboard replacement (desktop or laptop)
Our tier 3 flat rate ($115) includes:
- Up to three of the services from our tier 1 and tier 2 list of services
*If your service isn’t a regular service you will be billed at $65 per hour. You will be notified prior to service if your repair requires hourly billing.
