- Computers Unlimited technicians will provide fast and thorough service in a friendly manor.
- Our labor charges are flat rates and are in a 3 tier format - 65, 95, and 115.
- Flat rates cover most of what we do, if your situation requires hourly billing, we will let you know about this prior to service.
- Computers Unlimited will provide extra services if needed to ensure you get the service that you pay for.
- We will make every effort to repair your PC or laptop right the first time. If further repairs are required Computers Unlimited will discount the parts and service required to finish the job.
- Computers Unlimited is not responsible for any data loss. We know your data is very important to you and we will make every effort to protect it.
- We will only install your operating system, and drivers for hardware that is present during the install. We will make exceptions if you need assistance reinstalling other programs, but Certificates of Authenticity or proof of legal ownership must be provided.
- PCs and laptops must be picked up promptly after service is completed. All PCs, laptops, and peripherals not picked up 60 days after service is completed will be disposed of at the discretion of Computers Unlimited.
